When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is approximately as follows:
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● USA: 3-4 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days
My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please try the following:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if the package is there.
● Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left with the post office or your neighbor, please contact us at modedevie.ch@gmail.com with your order number.
If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping and the product will be at your own expense.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, please email us at modedevie.ch@gmail.com.
I received the wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within a week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order at modedevie.ch@gmail.com. We will offer you a solution as soon as possible.
What are your return policies?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only manufactures items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, we ask you to think of the environment and not order unnecessary products.
If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is something wrong with the order or if you are unhappy by contacting us at modedevie.ch@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact our customer support at modedevie.ch@gmail.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged item, the order number, and any other details you have about your order. We will offer you a solution as soon as possible.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we work with a print-on-demand provider who only manufactures items when they are ordered, we currently do not offer exchanges in this case.
To avoid unnecessary production of items, please check our size charts to determine the correct size for you. We have one for each item in our store in the product description.
It is rare, but it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order at modedevie.ch@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
